Namangan State Pedagogical Institute organized the “Book-Loving Student” competition based on the works of Abdulhamid Cho‘lpon. The event aimed to promote reading culture among students, increase their interest in fiction, and popularize the works of outstanding figures of Uzbek national literature.

The competition was organized by youth affairs and spiritual-educational tutors M. Umarova, A. Bustonov, and I. Shavdorov.

During the competition, students demonstrated their knowledge of Cho‘lpon’s life and literary career, his rich literary heritage, and his works. Participants competed with one another, putting their reading culture, independent thinking, and literary knowledge to the test.

Such educational and cultural events play an important role in fostering a love of national literature among young people, encouraging them to explore the legacy of great ancestors, and promoting a culture of reading.
