Anyone who abuses a child or causes them physical or psychological suffering will be held accountable, whether they are an employee of an educational institution or a close relative. Punishments for crimes resulting in a child's death must not be reduced under any circumstances.

From now on, individuals who commit sexual violence against children under the age of 14 will face up to 25 years in prison or life imprisonment. There will be no statute of limitations for prosecuting such serious crimes.

A young child's safety must never depend on circumstances or situations. Anyone who threatens the lives, health, or dignity of children must understand that they cannot escape strict punishment.
