Faculty members of the Department of Primary Education Innovations at Namangan State Pedagogical Institute participated in an international professional development course, enhancing their professional knowledge and pedagogical skills.

The training course was organized in Almaty by the Institute of Advanced Training and Additional Education of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University. The program was delivered in a hybrid format, combining online and in-person sessions, and covered a total of 36 academic hours.

The following faculty members of the department actively participated in the international professional development course:

- Feruza Zoxidjonovna Xusanova;
- Dilafro‘z Akbaralievna Muminova;
- Muqaddas Yoqubjanovna Turaboeva;
- Ra’noxon Gulmirzaevna Alimqulova;
- Gulasal Ravshanovna Abduraxmonova.

During the course, participants explored modern pedagogical technologies in primary education, innovative teaching methodologies, and international educational practices. They also further developed their professional knowledge and skills.

Faculty members who successfully completed the training program were awarded international certificates.

This professional development course will contribute to strengthening educators’ professional competencies, incorporating advanced international practices into the educational process, and further improving the quality of primary education.
