16 October 2026
Gulnoza Abdulxamidova and Zilola Mirzaraximova, lecturers at the Department of Creative Pedagogy and Psychology of Namangan State Pedagogical Institute, assessed the practical readiness of future special education teachers as part of the “4+2” practical training system.
As part of this initiative, the students’ practical activities were reviewed at Specialized Boarding School No. 49 for Children with Special Educational Needs in Namangan. Particular attention was paid to their professional competencies, skills in working with children, and ability to apply the theoretical knowledge they had acquired in practical settings.
Following the assessment, the students’ practical performance was analyzed, and relevant methodological recommendations and guidance were provided to further develop their practical skills, enhance their professional competence, and improve the effectiveness of the educational process.
Such monitoring activities play an important role in strengthening the professional competencies of future special education teachers, enriching their theoretical knowledge with practical experience, and preparing them to organize effective educational processes in their future careers.
