"4+2" Internship: Future Educators in Action

On October 17 of this year, a working group consisting of leading professors and teachers of the Department of Philology — Muazzam Payzibayeva, Gulhayyo Polatova, and Zarifa Nizamova — visited secondary general education schools in the city of Namangan to closely observe and analyze the teaching processes of intern students.

At Secondary General Education School No. 15 in Namangan, the lesson process of Dilnavoz Kayumova, a student of group BU-24, was observed. During the lesson, her level of utilizing modern pedagogical technologies, interactive methods, and digital tools, her skills in managing the classroom environment, and her proficiency in establishing proper communication with students were analyzed.

Similarly, at Secondary General Education School No. 4 in Namangan, the lesson activities of Nigora Halimova, a student of group AU-24, were inspected. Her approaches to explaining the topic, organizing the lesson in a logical sequence, and adhering to pedagogical ethics and norms were examined.

At the end of the open lessons and observations conducted in both educational institutions, the department professors and teachers held individual discussions with the intern students. The students' achievements during the lesson were recognized, and constructive methodological recommendations and practical advice were given regarding minor shortcomings observed. Such practical assistance serves as an important foundation for the future professional activities of prospective specialists.
