Professional Skills of a Future Educator in "4+2" Practice
At the Namangan State Pedagogical Institute, the professors and teachers of the Department of Intellectual Sciences and Information Technologies—Sh. Tursunova and G. Khusayinovalar—are consistently carrying out work aimed at strengthening students' professional and pedagogical preparation, harmonizing theoretical knowledge with practical activities, and developing the professional competencies necessary in the educational process.
Within the framework of this direction, the 4+2 practice of Muxlisa Karimjon qizi Umumtaliyeva was organized at secondary school No. 83 located in the Yangi Namangan district. During the internship, the department's professors and teachers observed the student's participation in theoretical and practical classes, analyzing her skills in organizing lessons, working with students, and her pedagogical activities.
During the observations, special attention was paid to the content of educational classes, the use of teaching methods, ensuring student engagement, and applying theoretical knowledge in practice. In addition, recommendations were given to further improve the student's professional preparation, enhance her pedagogical skills, and operate in accordance with modern educational requirements.
The 4+2 practice system is of great importance in connecting the theoretical knowledge acquired in higher education institutions with the real pedagogical process in secondary schools, enriching the professional experience of future specialists, and preparing them for independent pedagogical activity.
At the Namangan State Pedagogical Institute, work aimed at elevating the professional potential of future educators and increasing the quality and efficiency of education through the meaningful organization of practical processes is ongoing.
