Today, one of the important tasks is to closely integrate the educational process with production and practical activities, develop students’ professional competencies, and prepare competitive specialists for the labor market. From this perspective, the dual education system plays an important role in integrating students’ theoretical knowledge with practical experience. Within the dual education process, students not only acquire theoretical knowledge at an educational institution but also engage directly in practical activities at an enterprise, organization, or relevant practical training facility. This enables students to become familiar with real work processes related to their chosen profession, learn modern technologies and working methods, and develop their professional skills.

One of the important features of dual education is the student’s direct participation in the work process and the reinforcement of acquired knowledge through the completion of practical tasks. During practical training, students develop such skills as maintaining labor discipline, working in a team, taking responsibility, managing working time effectively, and performing professional duties with quality.

In our opinion, the effective organization of the dual education system is highly important for improving students’ professional training, expanding opportunities to apply theoretical knowledge in practice, and developing the necessary experience for future employment.

In general, dual education is an effective form of education aimed at integrating educational and production processes and developing students’ professional knowledge, skills, and competencies through practical activities. Further development of this system can expand opportunities for training qualified specialists who possess modern knowledge and practical skills.
